Merrilees Parker started her career in the food industry at a young age, working as a chalet girl in France where she developed a passion for food.

She gained experience in the food trade while studying at LAMDA, starting her journey in the gastro pub scene at The Eagle in Farringdon and later at The Landsdowne in Primrose Hill.

Her career led her to Antony Worrall Thomas's business where she held various roles, including head chef at The Greyhound in Sonning Common and freelance head chef for Wiz Events, managing catering at high-profile events like London Fashion Week and The Motor Show.

Merrilees also ventured into broadcasting and television production, starting as a food stylist on Ready Steady Cook and later working on international shows like Full on Food, Food Uncut, and documentaries such as Kill It, Skin It, Eat It.

She gained popularity as a judge on NDTV's Foodistan, reaching a vast audience in India, and her series Planet Food has been broadcast globally, showcasing her expertise in the food industry.

Co-founding Pink in 2002, Merrilees Parker leverages her experience in corporate catering and working with renowned chefs to provide tailored menu services for clients, focusing on quality ingredients, simple yet elegant cooking, and excellent customer service.
