Bank of America: A Toxic Work Environment!
Back in 2007, I worked at the Linda Vista branch in San Diego, CA. My supervisor didn't care about anything but her "daily goals." She forced me to sign up for a student credit card, even though I wasn’t a real student, just to meet her quota. That card came with a surprise $42 annual fee—which was a lot when you’re making $9.50 an hour!
But the worst part? She wouldn’t let me leave work on Family and Friends Day until I got my parents to open checking and savings accounts. I was trapped in the branch until they signed up, and then we had to close the accounts a week later!
The whole experience opened my eyes to how manipulative the bank was, pushing employees to pressure family and friends into financial commitments they didn’t need.
I’m so glad I walked away from that toxic place!

Thought of the Day: After reflecting on the results between Tesla and Edison....
If BPT researchers had better connections at universities, donated more, and helped to hire more graduates to make their universities proud, were more convincing in their arguments, etc....would BPT be more widely taught vs MPT?
I remember learning about Modern Portfolio Theory, but not so much about Behavioral Portfolio Theory.
