Michael Fitzsimmons is the current CEO of Crosschq, a company dedicated to enhancing the hiring process for all parties involved. With major investments from GGV, Bessemer, Tiger Global, Rocketship, SAP, Okta, and Salesforce/Slack, Crosschq aids over 450 enterprises in making informed hiring decisions to improve their Quality of Hire metrics.
Apart from his role at Crosschq, Fitzsimmons also serves as a Partner at Intersect Ventures, a sports tech venture fund. He is also a Founding Member of Project 941, a collaborative initiative with Klay Thompson aimed at reintegrating skilled individuals into the workforce.
Prior to his current positions, Michael was the Co-Founder and CEO of Connekt, Inc., an Advanced TV Advertising Company. He also founded and led Delivery Agent, an Interactive Commerce Company. Fitzsimmons is a respected figure in the industry, having appeared on major media outlets such as CNBC, CNN, and Bloomberg, as well as being featured in publications like the NY Times, WSJ, and Forbes.
