It is always a little sad when our team members decide to move on to a new company. Overall, change can be positive for the individual and the organization, it should be expected. After 28 years in #marketingresearch we at Socratic have seen a lot, and we have celebrated those who've chosen to move on and leave on good terms.
On another note, I think this headline is missing the point, and a little misleading. The real finding here is that 74% of job seekers who quit their previous job do not regret the decision. While it is good to understand the feelings of those 26%, almost three in four people are happy with the change.
