His clientele includes mutual funds, fund boards, investment advisers, asset managers, financial services companies, and their officers and directors, whom he represents in various litigation and regulatory matters such as class actions, shareholder derivative litigation, internal investigations, and governmental inquiries.

Mike has a broad geographical reach, representing clients in federal courts across the United States, in commercial arbitrations, and before federal and state government agencies, while also providing guidance on regulatory and compliance issues under federal securities laws.

Michael Isenman earned his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School and his A.B. from Harvard University. Throughout his career, he has held positions at prestigious law firms, including Goodwin Procter LLP and Shea & Gardner, as both a Partner and an Associate. Additionally, he served as a Judicial Law Clerk for Judge David M. Ebel at the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
