His previous work includes collaborations with organizations like Color of Change, Sundance Institute, Sony Pictures, Fox Searchlight, and Campaign for Black Male Achievement.

Michael has contributed to projects such as Fruitvale Station, If Beale Street Could Talk, Crazy Rich Asians, and I Am Not Your Negro, among others.

Education-wise, Michael has studied PR and Advertising at both Chapman University and UC Davis.

He is the Founder and CEO of Lead With Love, Inc., and has held various roles in organizations like ARRAY Now, Annapurna Pictures, and Question Bridge: Black Males.

His versatile experience includes positions as a Marketing Consultant, Communications Director, Political Advisor, and Marketing Manager within the entertainment industry.

With a background in digital marketing, public relations, and advertising, Michael Latt continues to make a meaningful impact through his work.
