Michael Michelini is an American social media & e-commerce specialist who has been in China since late 2007. He is passionate about helping companies do business in Asia using content marketing and e-commerce.

He hosts the GlobalFromAsia.com podcast weekly to provide insights on doing business in China and other parts of Asia. Additionally, he has launched GlobalFromAsia.com/market, an Asia business marketplace for facilitating business transactions.

Originally focused on sourcing products for his e-commerce business, Michael has transitioned into assisting Western companies with market entry into China and supporting Chinese entrepreneurs in achieving their business goals.

He is currently fully immersed in e-commerce marketing & sales in China and the USA, overseeing supply chain management, web traffic growth, and product branding for a network of products and services.

Michael Michelini holds a Masters in Technology Management and a Bachelors in Engineering Management from Stevens Institute of Technology.

Throughout his career, he has held various roles such as Ecommerce Community Business Development at Loadpipe Foundation, Co-Founder of Chiang Mai Chapter at OffChain Global, Founder of CrossBorderSummit, Founder and Host of Global From Asia, and many more.

With a broad experience in e-commerce, web design, SEO, marketing, sales, and business development, Michael is a seasoned business consultant in internet and e-commerce industries, bridging the gap between China and the rest of the world.
