FrontRow provides industry leading audio and campus communication solutions for the education market. The company has been in business for over 50 years, and has sold solutions into over 25 countries including 9,600 school districts in the U.S.
This transaction fits our strategy to expand our team with industry-best talent, and to broaden our solution suite with high margin products that both (i) integrate well into our existing solutions and (ii) can be offered through our global sales channel.
