The holiday season is coming up for many around the globe which is also a time to reflect and – taking a step back while looking at what has been achieved in the year. And we at #Fresenius have made decisive steps forward under extraordinary circumstances.

Fresenius Group expanded its business in key sectors of future health care. Let’s get into some details: In the high-growth biopharmaceutical market, #FreseniusKabi just recently has reached vital approval milestones for our state-of-the-art biosimilars portfolio in the U.S., EU, and worldwide. #FreseniusMedicalCare received FDA clearance for a next-generation portable automated peritoneal dialysis system, and closed a three-way merger poised to transform kidney care. At #Helios, we are building a new high-performance medical center in Germany and expanded into the global fertility services market through a majority stake acquisition of a U.S. fertility center. #Vamed has received an award for the operational management of the university hospital in Vienna while further advancing access to medical care in emerging markets.

And, maybe most importantly, we took the opportunity to hit #reset in order to rethink, make improvements, and identify new pathways for our health care organization. It’s all about charting a new course to take matters into our own hands.

Every day, our Fresenius team works with an outstanding commitment to provide high-quality health care for patients, improving the quality of life of millions of people worldwide. It takes a great team to compete in a world that poses a vast number of challenges. We’ve initiated and kicked off a journey that will build #FutureFresenius.

A heartfelt thank you to all Fresenius colleagues worldwide. In challenging times, your #collaboration and the continuous effort of each and every one of you is inspiring. Our future success will be carried by the #passion we all have about patient care. With our work, we’ll truly make a difference.

Special thanks to all those Fresenius colleagues and all #HealthCare professionals who will be on duty over the holidays and at the turn of the year, caring for the patients who rely on us – every day in Fresenius’ factories, logistics, labs, institutions, clinics and offices. Have a happy holiday season and a good start into the new year 2023.
