What an exhilerating end to 2023 for the club and, for me personally, the end of an incredible epoch at Real Madrid. Over the last 4.5 years I've had the opportunity to work with a truly exceptional team of professionals in one of the most respected sports institutions in the world.

In early 2020 the team crafted an inspirational vision for a digital revolution throughout the club and this vision has carried us through 4 years of profound transformation. Today we drive excellence in digital product and service development, sitting on top of a completely rearchitected technology and data infrastructure that is driving revenue and fan acquisition growth across membership, digital commerce, and stadium digital business channels.

I had the unique opportunity to share in unforgettable moments on the pitch such as our historic 2021/22 champions league remontadas (comebacks) that led us to finally taking the coveted cup in Paris against Liverpool. We've attempted to embed the timeless values of the club that allow us to succeed, even in the final minutes, into our way of working and into the community we are building with our fans.

We've deployed a suite of digital products and services, from new websites, fan app, commerce platform, loyalty program, streaming platform, digital wallet for tickets, passes and membership cards that all work seamlessly together to create a connected ecosystem allowing the club to forge deeper connections with fans at home and abroad.

A huge heartfelt thank you to my team and to all of you at the club for the incredible work you have done and the work that is still to come, and to our incredible partners who have helped to make this journey possible. I would love to mention each of you personally but there are simply too many who have contributed towards our success. I have learnt so much from all of you and am enriched personally for this experience.

I look forward to a short break to catch my breath and look eagerly towards 2024 to begin to explore new opportunities and engage in new challenges. Feel free to reach out to me directly.
