Michael Szewczyk is a seasoned professional passionate about enhancing the effectiveness of engineering and supply chain teams with manufacturers. He holds a Master's Degree in Management Science and Engineering with an impressive 3.99 GPA from Stanford University, where he also completed a Graduate Certificate in Mechanical Engineering focusing on Design for Customer Value and Market Success with a perfect 4.0 GPA. Prior to that, Michael earned his BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and another BS in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Valencia.

Throughout his career, Michael has taken on various roles to broaden his expertise. He is currently the Co-Founder & Director of Customer Success at Factor Hardware. Previously, he served as a Design Thinking Coach at DC Design LTD and as a Course Assistant for MS&E 265: Product Management Fundamentals at Stanford University. Michael also gained valuable experience as a Product Management Intern at TALKINGTECH, Co-founder, Product Manager & Lead Mechanical Design Engineer at MAMM 3D Inc, and in the Product Development Leadership Program at Thermo Fisher Scientific.
