Highlights
It’s been such an inspiring few days in Atlanta with Team Cariloop here at the Personify Health #thrivesummit! Always such a joy to see and visit with so many visionary HR and Well-being leaders who do SO much for their colleagues and teams. Joan Orr and her team at Gallagher are certainly at the top of this list and truly trailblazers in this category.
Thanks so much Joan for joining me during our breakout session today and for sharing some of the work our teams are doing together to support your working #caregivers! Appreciate all you do!
I'm SO excited and proud to announce Cariloop’s successful closing of our Series C round! This is such a significant milestone for the company and certainly highlights the confidence and bullishness our current and new investors have in our mission and vision for the future.
A huge thank you to ABS Capital (Jennifer (Lee) Krusius and Cal Wheaton) for your leadership in this round as well as Noro-Moseley Partners (Allen Moseley and Ryan Collins), the KCRise Fund (Darcy Howe and Edward Frindt), Revolution’s Rise of the Rest Seed Fund (David Hall and James Barlia), and Patterson Thoma Family Office (Dan Patterson and Colin Patrick, CPA) for all your continued support to get this process completed. I’m so honored to work alongside you all!
I want to also recognize my amazing Co-Founder, Steven Theesfeld, for the massive role he has played in helping Cariloop to be in this position. I can’t thank you enough for asking me to be a part of this journey with you and for all you’ve done and continue to do for this team. Appreciate you more than I can ever possibly express with words.
And lastly, a big round of applause and THANK YOU to our extraordinary team at Cariloop who has been such an active part of this Series C process. Wendy Whittington MD, MMM Ammar Bahrani Julie Devine Keith Scally - you all and your teams did such a phenomenal job showcasing our work and representing our cause. I'm so grateful for all you do!
We’ve certainly come far since Steven and I founded the company in 2012. We’ve gotten to work with some incredible customers and partners across the country, we’ve gotten to help a lot of caregivers and their families, and we’ve generated meaningful stakeholder value and impact every step of the way. All that said, our job is far from completed…
With 3 out of every 4 people getting up to go to work this morning also actively caring for someone they love, we know we’ve still got a lot of work to do to reach these heroes who contribute so much to our country, to our economy, and to our society.
Looking forward to the journey ahead and the opportunity to support these #caregivers any way we can.
