I read this book in 2019 and was proudly waking up every day at 5 AM for two years. This is what happened:

  1. I was tired every morning.

  2. I was tired in the evenings, too.

  3. I was under the false impression that I needed to squeeze everything before 7 AM – as if the afternoon no longer existed. (exercise, meditation, planning, journaling, ...)

  4. I was too tired to admit it's unhealthy to sacrifice sleep.

Some members of this cult wake up early to scrape their tongues, others settle down for a transcendental meditation to be ready for work at 7 am... and then they probably waste hours scrolling on IG or LN 🙄🙄

I woke up at 7 am yesterday and felt great 👍 No more 5am 💩

If you are a member of the 5am club (or cult) - what does your routine look like? Does it provide more benefits than 7-8 hours of sleep?

Data is misleading. ⛔️ Those who complete yet another $7.95 course on Udemy think they are ready to apply for Data Analytics jobs and start preparing management reports.

However, they overlook one important ability that takes years to develop: Understanding WHAT MATTERS for the business. This takes time to digest.

Now, when AI can instantly analyze tables and create charts, analyzing and visualizing data is EASY.

The world doesn't need junior data analysts anymore.

Knowing WHAT DATA to evaluate and what to overlook is HARD.

If you were applying for a data analyst role, how would you interpret the chart attached with profile views from one of our clients at CareerCrackers (CTO Careers)? What would you focus on? What would you need to analyze further?
