Highlights
We just launched a new show! This one feels extra special because it's KQED's first digital video series made with and for youth. The amazing show team has partnered closely with nine teens to develop and co-produce the show that we're hoping resonates with other teens (a big opportunity area for public media - that "missing middle"!). We've been learning a lot along the way, and are actively looking for funding to support a second season. Huge kudos to the amazing and creative production team Annelise Wunderlich, Lauren Farrar, Amanda Vigil, Cheyenne Bearfoot, and Emiliano Villa - and of course the nine Creative Collaborators you see in front of and behind the camera. Please subscribe, like, share and let us know what you think!
Come work with me and join the education department at KQED! We are hiring a School District Partnerships Manager. This person will lead the strategy and implementation of partnerships with Bay Area schools and districts. They are critical to ensuring students and educators have opportunities to grow their media literacy skills and that student voices are elevated in our communities.
