Highlights
January 2024 was a significant milestone in my journey to create impact in the lives of others. I'm honored to be a part of a special group of coaches through Elise Boggs Consulting. With EBC, I continue coaching emerging leaders through the executive suite.
I am able to track the start of my journey to the sixth grade. My elementary school principal asked me to tutor a bright fourth grader who had recently moved from Mexico and was struggling due to the language barrier. I tutored him four days a week and by the end of the school year, he was thriving. Fast forward to the summer before my senior year in high school, a life-changing encounter occurred. A young man called out my name and before me stood a sight from my past. He thanked me and let me know that he was an honor roll student, he had selected the college he would attend, his career path, and already had scholarships lined up. It was at that moment that I knew that I had to spend my life helping others transition from surviving to thriving!
I am grateful to all the mentors who stepped up to help me become the person I am today and to strive daily to be better. Join me in being the change we want to see in the world. Let's not quit, stay humble, be human, and above all, be kind.

I'm excited to share that I have completed the Situational Leadership II (SLII) Experience Course sponsored by LEADx. Excited for the possibility of becoming a qualified facilitator in the future.
