Highlights
I participated in the end of year arguments for the John C. Lifland Inn of Court today — a mock preliminary injunction before District Court Judge Noel Hillman (Ret.), opposite my kind adversary Stephen Marietta of Gibbons, PC. It was a great experience, and I was happy to get such helpful and constructive feedback from the panel of judges in the jury box; I already feel more confident to take on my next oral argument!
Grateful to everyone who helps run the Lifland Inn of Court for providing this kind of hands-on experience for newer attorneys in the practice. Thanks Amy Walker Wagner James Flynn Alex Callo Michelle Goldman — and many more!
Passing along for a friend — if anyone in my network is experienced in family law and interested in working for a wonderful nonprofit in northern NJ, please comment here or message me so I can give you more info and put you in touch!
