Mickey Beyer-Clausen is a Danish-born entrepreneur and philanthropist currently based in Southampton, New York.12 He has been serving as a Copenhagen Goodwill Ambassador since October 2023.1

Beyer-Clausen is best known as the co-founder and CEO of Timeshifter, a technology platform focused on controlling human circadian rhythms.1 The company has developed popular apps for managing jet lag and helping shift workers optimize their sleep and health.1

Prior to Timeshifter, Beyer-Clausen co-founded several successful tech companies, including:

  • Trunk Archive (acquired in 2013)
  • Ascio Technologies (acquired in 2007)
  • Speednames (acquired in 2007)12

In addition to his business ventures, Beyer-Clausen is involved in philanthropic work. He founded the Happiness Foundation in 2002 and continues to serve as its chairman.12

Born in 1975 in Copenhagen, Beyer-Clausen moved to New York in 2006 after marrying Allison Belmore. They currently reside in Southampton with their two children.2
