With a background in Exercise and Health Science from UMass Boston, Mike brings a strong educational foundation to his practice.

In addition to his educational background, Mike has gained practical experience as a Fitness Professional at Life Time Inc., Owner and Head Coach at Anderson Strength and Fitness LLC, Strength and Conditioning Intern at Boston University, and various roles at other fitness and wellness organizations.
