Mike Barry

Mike Barry is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in engineering and academia.

With over two years of experience as an engineer at the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard and another one and a half years at Entech Engineering, Mike has developed a strong foundation in engineering.

Since 1997, Mike has been a prominent figure at Boston College, where he serves as an Associate Professor of the Practice.

His specialties lie in teaching Corporate Finance and Investments at both undergraduate and graduate levels, including the introductory course on these subjects.

Furthermore, Mike is actively involved as a Faculty Advisor for the Finance Academy at Boston College.

Education-wise, Mike Barry holds an MBA and Ph.D. in Finance from the Boston College Carroll School of Management, complemented by a BS and MS in Nuclear Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.

His academic journey also includes studying at Austin Preparatory School.

Prior to his current role, Mike has also worked as a Nuclear Engineer at Entech Engineering and the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, showcasing his versatility and expertise in different fields.
