Mike Green is a co-founder of Common Ground Conversations on Race in America and an expert in cultural economics and racial equity strategies.

His consulting work spans various areas such as community and economic development, inclusive economic ecosystems, STEAM education, and tech entrepreneurship.

Mike is a national speaker on topics related to the innovation economy, inclusive economic development, Black male achievement, and collaborative leadership.

He is the co-founder and Chief Strategist of the National Institute for Inclusive Competitiveness and ScaleUp Partners, specializing in Inclusive Competitiveness.

With over 20 years of experience, Mike Green is a former award-winning journalist and media professional in addition to being a military veteran with 12 years of service in the U.S. Navy.

He has been involved in various organizations and projects focusing on economic strategy, innovation, and improving the performance of underrepresented populations in the innovation economy.
