Mike Hoffman

Mike Hoffman is a seasoned marketing professional with a diverse background in the restaurant/entertainment industry and marketing firms.

As a marketing manager, he oversaw a significant $5 million in revenue for a restaurant/entertainment group and was instrumental in launching the first POS-trackable restaurant loyalty program in the Cayman Islands.

He co-founded Plan B Marketing in 2008, where he focused on creating innovative and impactful marketing strategies for the hospitality sector in Cayman.

Mike also gained experience working with Best Buy through GMR Marketing, promoting electronics at various high-profile events and festivals across the United States.

Furthermore, he managed teams of promotional spokesmodels for a range of Diageo brands in New Orleans, including Guinness, Red Stripe, Smirnoff, Jose Cuervo, and Crown Royal.

His unconventional approach to job seeking, such as holding a cardboard sign on a street corner for 9 hours in adverse weather conditions, garnered media attention and helped him secure his initial job at Morgan Stanley post-graduation.
