Currently serving as the Chief Marketing Officer for Deloitte's Risk & Financial Advisory practice, Mike leads the marketing team and hosts the 'Resilient' podcast series, featuring insightful conversations with top business leaders.

Before his current position, Mike spearheaded various significant initiatives at Deloitte, including launching the Strategic Risk business, overseeing the Brand & Reputation Management venture fund, and introducing Spark, an engaging client engagement approach for tech-enabled solutions.

Throughout his career, Mike has been dedicated to innovation, establishing and leading teams focused on developing new market offerings and enhancing client experiences.

Mike Kearney holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an Accounting emphasis from the University of San Francisco.

Outside of work, Mike enjoys spending time with his wife and three children in Austin, engaging in water activities, snowboarding in the mountains, and biking with his family.
