Just wrapped up a great time at Black Tech Week in Cincinnati. Many thanks to Ashley and Emma at CincyTech for the warm welcome. Supporting under-represented founders is a cause close to my heart, and it was incredible to see the innovation and creativity in this community. Grateful for the opportunity to connect with so many passionate and talented individuals.

“WE GOT 30 MINUTES TILL PITCH PRACTICE!!!!!” 😂 ☠️

There are so many things I want to post about this weekend’s Designing For Social Good Workshop. I was privileged to lead these amazing Clark Atlanta University, Morehouse College, and Spelman College students through a super-accelerated course in applying #designthinking to the Future of Work.

While I took a lot of pics/vids, this “behind the scenes/making of” the winning group captured almost everything I love about facilitating these events — the genuine commitment to doing good and doing well, all though grit, grind, and empathy.

This is why I love the game.

I am indebted to all these amazing #hbcu queens and kings that continually give me hope about the world to come.
