Mike McConnell

Mike McConnell is a retired U.S. Navy Vice Admiral with an extensive career in intelligence and national security.24 He served as the Director of the National Security Agency (NSA) from 1992 to 1996 under Presidents George H.W. Bush and Bill Clinton.24 McConnell later became the second Director of National Intelligence (DNI) in 2007, serving under Presidents George W. Bush and Barack Obama.27
After his government service, McConnell joined Booz Allen Hamilton, where he held several senior positions:
