BIG UPDATE: It's been a while since I've really been active on LinkedIn... Emerging from Pandemic life, I've spent a lot of time thinking through how I want spend my time, who I want to collaborate with, and generally how I want to show up in the world. It's with that, I'm excited to announce Altruous, an impact discovery, funding, and management platform for the next generation of philanthropists. Our goal is to accelerate social progress by driving funding to the most effective, impactful, innovative, and promising social impact programs across a variety of cause areas and regions of the world.
It's been a labor of love for more than a year now - We're still very early stage and have a long way to go, but we're live, raising money, have gotten some great feedback from industry leaders, are evaluating great social impact programs, and engaging with early customers. Big thanks to everyone who's contributed their support, ideas, and hard work so far: Eric Barela, Isabel Usalj, Terrence Breschi, Ben Cipollini, Jay Phillips, Jim Carter III, Jama Adams, Leo Nitzberg, Shalini Vajjhala, Kristy Gannon, Carlos M., Justin Prugh, Jared Aaker, Mike Perez, Marc Baizman ☁️, and countless others.
