Mike Vincent is a seasoned professional with a rich background in various organizations and industries, specializing in customer success, corporate strategy, strategic operations, impact management, and business development.

He holds an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, Walter A. Haas School of Business, and a BS in Commerce from Santa Clara University.

Currently, Mike Vincent serves as the Vice President of Customer Success at Windfall. Prior to this role, he held several key positions at MGM Resorts International, including Vice President of Corporate Strategy, Executive Director of Strategic Operations, and Director of Strategic Operations.

Before his tenure at MGM Resorts International, Mike Vincent was instrumental in driving impact and setting standards as the Director of Impact & Standards at Fair Trade USA. He also served as the Executive Program Director and Chief of Staff to the President & CEO at Fair Trade USA.

In addition, Mike Vincent has diversified his experience by working as a Strategy and Business Development Consultant as an Independent Consultant and as a Management Consultant at Accenture.
