He is passionate about how software, IoT, and prefab techniques can revolutionize construction and real estate, with a focus on enhancing equity, sustainability, and the human experience. With a strong background in Construction Management Technology and Real Estate Technology, Miles holds valuable insights into these markets, complemented by hands-on experience in developing commercial buildings from inception to completion. His ability to identify future trends and understand the transformative potential of technology sets him apart. Miles excels in leading cross-functional teams, having effectively collaborated with diverse stakeholders to achieve challenging objectives. His skill set includes strategic planning, contract negotiations, acquisition integration, family office operations, flex office development, financing, and financial modeling. Miles pursued Law at the University of Oregon School of Law and completed his Bachelor of Arts in History at Yale University. He has held key roles in various organizations, including Co-Founder at Carbon Title, Managing Partner at 10Branch, LLC, and positions at Viewpoint Construction Software covering strategic, managerial, and sales responsibilities.
