Highlights
A few weeks ago, I started a new role with Culture Amp. So excited to be working on a product backed by research and people scientists that helps foster alignment, clarity and direction for workforces. I am extremely grateful for the opportunity to work with thought leaders in a space that can have such a profound impact on people’s career development and business performance.
A few observations:
💗 I’m taken aback by just how much all Campers live and breathe Culture Amp values as part of our daily culture.
📚 There is SO much deep research and insight to absorb. I’ve had to remind myself to remove any accomplishment “should’s” in my first few days/weeks. Taking the time to observe and digest (my expectations to be contributing by day three were probably a little ambitious).
🙏 Onboarding in a remote working environment has it’s pro’s and con’s. Lots of space for deep learning but trickier to form connections (both contextual and human). I’m so appreciative of all the warm welcomes, as it made settling in that much easier.
Special shout-out to Amanda Owens, Ashlee Charette, Bianca Taylor, Brian F., Chris Mander, Ellie Blackman, Jess MacDonald, Jess Ng, Kimberly Wong, Lauren Adelaide, Lucy Oldridge, Prakriti Mateti and Roger Barnes for making my interviews and onboarding so magical ✨
What a year! Last week was my 1-year milestone with Reejig - a great time to pause and reflect. I couldn’t be prouder to be on this journey. I’m feeling grateful and utterly privileged to be on this mission that so closely aligns with my values; Zero Wasted Potential in people, businesses, and ultimately society.
People play a big part in my workplace happiness and it’s safe to say that this team is second to none. The energy, empathy, passion, and drive is contagious (are we allowed to say contagious anymore?!).
Super proud of what we have achieved in only 12 months:
👩💻 Built out Reejig’s very first Product Experience team of Designers and Product Managers: 8 talented humans that constantly energise and brighten my day-to-day. 🛠️ Worked with a cross-functional team to design and build an accessible, world-class design system - designing for inclusion and ensuring our product is usable for all. ⛑️ Defined and implemented customer health tracking (NPS, CES and Utilisation dashboards), allowing us to measure the impact of our work and respond with purpose. 🔎 Centralised customer insights in a brand new Research Repository housing all our user interviews and learnings. We can now pull together deep insights and make data-driven decisions. 💁♀️ Defined User Personas, helping us to align on a deep understanding of our audience and create a valuable, tailored and intuitive product experience. 💻 Crafted and launched an entirely new website in collab with our awesome marketing and tech teams. 📱Launched our very first employee experience product - allowing an individual to imagine their potential and guide them towards it.
…and so much more!
