Mimi Melles-Brewer has over a decade of experience in the field of health and human rights, with a focus on youth, women, and key populations. Her expertise lies in public policy, advocacy, and qualitative research to drive community-led initiatives. She specializes in global sexual and reproductive health and rights, including HIV, community mobilization, civil society engagement, and establishing partnerships for gender equality, youth empowerment, and access to education and health services. Additionally, she studied Anthropology at the University of Maryland.

Throughout her career, Mimi Melles-Brewer has served in key roles such as External Affairs, Advocacy, and Adolescents and Youth Consultant at the World Health Organization, a Youth Programme Officer, and Acting Youth Programme Coordinator at Unaids, and as an International Project Manager at Advocates for Youth. She has also provided consultancy services independently.
