I am opening a truly amazing leadership role on my product team at Square.

This role will lead the teams building the critical, every-second-counts experiences for the our Food & Beverage operators. The surfaces include the point-of-sale, kitchen display system, self-service kiosk, and all the taps/touches in between. Square's quick-service and full-service experiences all flow through the Food & Beverage Service team.

You love restaurants. You love the challenge to solve for peak traffic - that lunch rush, that Friday night dinner. You want to solve problems at immense scale (billions of sales, millions of transactions, and many hundreds of thousands of businesses). You are capable of leading and growing a team of product managers. You are not afraid of being chastised by a customer whose business depends on your product.

Perhaps you've built this before and want another shot at it? Maybe you've built one or two of these types of mission-critical systems, and you want to try at the hardest business in the world - the restaurant. Let's see what you have to bring to the table.

Apply today to Square!

This week, we announced Square Kiosk – a fully integrated software, hardware, and payments solution for quick-service restaurants to take more orders quickly. Our team has been working so hard behind the scenes, and we’re thrilled to finally share it with you all. A few key things about Square Kiosk:

⚡️It’s fully integrated – with hardware, software, and payments – to allow guests to easily order and pay while freeing up workers to focus on other tasks.

🍔The experience is super sleek and easy-to-use, keeping diners happy. Restaurants are able to bust long lines and offer easy order customization through self-service ordering.

🧑‍🍳Labor costs are growing – we all know this – and amid this, Square Kiosk allows restaurants to staff up other areas of the business while still taking orders. Huge kudos to everyone who worked on this project, and please reach out to me or the team if you’re interested in learning more.
