Mita Mallick is a seasoned storyteller with a passion for inclusivity and diversity in marketing campaigns and product development.

With over 15 years of experience in brand leadership roles at renowned companies like Unilever and Avon, Mallick has championed representation for Black and Brown communities.

Her journey from being a bullied child to a trailblazing diversity advocate reflects in her work, where she strives to ensure that all voices are heard and represented.

Mallick holds a BA in Liberal Arts from Columbia University and an MBA in Marketing from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business.

She has contributed to reputable publications like the Wall Street Journal, USA Today, Harvard Business Review, Adweek, Fast Company, Entrepreneur Media, and SWAAY.

In her previous roles at Unilever, Mallick served as the Head of Diversity and Cross Cultural Marketing, Director of Diversity Outreach & Inclusion, and Head of Bodycare Portfolio for brands like Vaseline, Suave, and Dove Lotions.

Her career highlights include signing Viola Davis as the Vaseline Healing Project Ambassador, emphasizing the importance of authentic and purposeful representation.

Mallick believes that true innovation stems from diverse perspectives colliding and collaborating, leading to breakthrough ideas that cater to a broad range of customers and communities.
