Monica M. Chan, EdD, is a versatile professional with a background in educational technology, research, and design.

She has extensive experience in qualitative and quantitative research methods and is passionate about developing innovative products and UX strategies.

Monica's recent work involved researching interactive experiences with voice assistants at Amazon Alexa.
