Throughout her career, Monika has held various roles such as Lead of Centralized Programs Operations and former Operations Lead for Phone it Forward at CNIB, showcasing her leadership and operational skills.

Her previous experiences include positions such as Assistant Associate Producer at Harbourfront Centre, Gallery Coordinator at Riverdale Hub, and Production Coordinator at Redefinery, highlighting her diverse skill set in arts and cultural management.

Monika has also worked in roles related to videography and production, with experience as a Camera Operator at various organizations including Down Right Domestic Productions and RogersTV, as well as freelancing for events like Hot Docs Canadian International Documentary Festival.

Through her work, Monika aims to contribute to the creation of accessible spaces and set standards that promote equality and inclusivity for all individuals.
