Highlights
Last week I had the pleasure of opening this year’s HyPride Forum in London, the second edition of our internal event to celebrate the achievements of the LGBTQ+ community. Building off the success of our first event in Berlin, it was fantastic to see more than 100 colleagues in the same room, mingling, learning and driving effective change together. Focused on the thematic pillars of development and networking, attendees had the chance to learn from the diverse perspectives of our people and appreciate what makes Hyatt the vibrant business it is. This amazing event would not have been possible without the hard work of Stephan Enquist, Jacques Kichian, Mélissa Brette Ogée, Lorenz Karl and Fernando Figari and the wider HyPride team –so thank you so much for all that you do! At Hyatt, we aspire to set industry-leading standards for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. DE&I is embedded into our values and it is an ever-present theme in the discussions I have each and every day. #HyPride #Pride #WorldOfHyatt #BeMoreProud

Growing up with my grandparents in the restaurant business, I developed a love for the hospitality industry from a young age and so it was great to be able to explore how that led me to where I am today, what I find both challenging and exciting about the hotel industry and more.
