Let's chat about the importance of choosing the right time for our conversations. Good timing can make all the difference in how your message is received and how effective your communication is.

Vulnerability time, I am guilty of this. I’ve definitely begun a conversation with someone when they’re stressed or preoccupied. But more, I’ve begun a conversation when I am the one stressed or preoccupied, and it doesn’t go well.

Timing matters! Just like avoiding a hike in bad weather, choose moments when the person you're talking to is more likely to be receptive, and you’re prepared and mindful.

My "Introduction to Effective Communication" course is packed with practical tips to make every conversation a fruitful one. Comment “COMMUNICATE” for more details.
