Monique Mansoura is a highly accomplished professional with a diverse educational background and extensive experience in the fields of bioengineering, health security, and biotechnology.

She holds a Ph.D. in Bioengineering from the University of Michigan, an MBA in Innovation and Global Leadership from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology - Sloan School of Management, a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Wayne State University, and an M.S. in Human Genetics from the University of Michigan Medical School.

Monique Mansoura currently serves as the Executive Director of Global Health Security and Biotechnology at MITRE, where she leads strategic initiatives in the field of global health security.

Prior to her current role, she was involved in various key positions including the COVID-19 Healthcare Coalition at MITRE, leadership roles at Novartis Influenza Vaccines post-acquisition by CSL, and leadership positions at the Laboratory for Financial Engineering and MIT Sloan Fellows Program at Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Her extensive experience also includes serving as the Head of Medical Countermeasures and Government Affairs at Novartis Influenza Vaccines, Director of Medical Countermeasure Strategy at the US Department of Health and Human Services, and roles at prestigious institutions like the National Human Genome Research Institute and Shell Oil Company.

Monique Mansoura's expertise spans across health security financing, medical countermeasures, global program strategy, and genomics program and policy analysis, showcasing her multidisciplinary approach to complex healthcare challenges.
