Morgan's academic journey includes an exchange program in Political Science and Global Studies at UC Santa Barbara, as well as completing the International Baccalaureate program at UWC-USA with a focus on History, Biology, and English Literature.

Furthermore, Morgan's educational foundation includes AS-Level and GCSE studies in Chemistry, Biology, Maths, and History from Putney High School.

In the professional sphere, Morgan has held key roles at various organizations, including Bynder where they worked as Revenue (Sales) Operations Manager, Revenue (Sales) Operations Analyst, and Business Development Representative.

Prior to this, Morgan showcased their skills as an Events Manager and Department for International Trade Investment Project Manager at the British Embassy in The Hague.

During their time at UCSA College Bar, Morgan served as Vice Chair and General Secretary, displaying strong leadership and organizational abilities.
