Morgan Myers is a graduate student in the Neuroscience program at Boston University. She received her bachelor's degree in Human Biology from Stanford University, along with a master's degree in Community Health and Prevention Research and a minor in Anthropology.1 At Stanford, Morgan worked on characterizing mouse models of rare genetic epilepsies and studied tau propagation.1

At Boston University, Morgan is exploring the relationship between the epithalamus and the dorsal raphe, with a focus on understanding how this circuit is affected by neurodegenerative diseases.1 Her research interests align with translational projects in neuroscience.

Outside of her academic pursuits, Morgan enjoys activities such as hiking, thrift shopping, playing board games, and watching Netflix.1 Her mentor at Boston University is Michael Wallace.1
