Mo Coffey holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from NYU Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Rollins College. Mo has a strong educational background that complements their professional endeavors.

With a rich organizational history, Mo has served in various roles including being an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Public Service at NYU, Founder and Principal at Challenges and Solutions LLC, Director of Fellowship for Emerging Leaders in Public Service at NYU, Managing Director at The Good Dog Foundation, Coordinator at the National Center on Philanthropy and the Law at NYU School of Law, Project Associate at UNCDF, and Project Assistant at NYU's Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service.

Mo Coffey is dedicated to supporting organizations and individuals in driving positive change and is committed to using anti-racist and anti-bias approaches in all engagements.
