As the founding General Manager of Endeavor Audio, Moses played a pivotal role in overseeing various aspects of the audio business, such as development, production, distribution, marketing, and monetization of podcasts. His leadership resulted in the successful distribution of over 40 podcasts within the first two years of operation, including award-winning shows like Blackout.

Prior to his role at Endeavor, Moses held the position of Head of Business Development & Strategy at Panoply Media, now known as Megaphone. In this role, he led key business development and partnership efforts, negotiating deals with content creators, media entities, and data suppliers. Notable achievements include structuring the deal for the production and launch of Malcolm Gladwell's Revisionist History podcast and securing an innovative agreement with Nielsen for Megaphone's ad targeting technology.

Moses Soyoola's career commenced at Goldman Sachs, a renowned financial institution, where he honed his skills before transitioning into the media industry. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Psychology from Yale University, where he graduated with distinction. Additionally, he pursued further education at the London School of Economics and Political Science, as well as the Università degli Studi di Siena.

Throughout his professional journey, Moses has held key roles in prominent organizations, including Senior Vice President and General Manager of Endeavor Content, Audio at Endeavor, Director of Business Development & Strategy at Panoply Media, Co-Founder of Jamplify, and Analyst at Goldman Sachs.
