Mostafa is also known for his roles as a Co-Founder and Board of Director at GRAIL, Inc., and as the Founder of Avantome, which was later acquired by illumina.

His extensive background includes founding and serving on the board of several other companies in the biotechnology and technology sectors.

Mostafa Ronaghi's career has seen him involved in key positions at organizations like Aurora Algae, IntegenX. Inc., NextBio, ParAllele BioScience, and Stanford University.

He is a former Principal Investigator at Stanford University and has been associated with leading institutions such as Pyrosequencing (Biotage) and Royal Institute of Technology in different capacities.
