His educational background includes a degree in Law from Ekiti State University, a Mini-MBA focusing on Business, Management, and Marketing from the International Business Management Institute (IBMI), and a B.L in Law from the Nigerian Law School.

With a rich work history, Motolani has held positions such as Editor of Strategic Partnerships & Lead at Pulse Podcast Network, Senior Reporter for Music and Pop Culture at Pulse, Executive Creative Director at Black Edge Multimedia, and various reporting roles at RADP, including Special Reports, Pop Culture, and Metro News.

He has also served in legal and writing capacities at organizations like Foreign Investment Network, Urban Central which he co-founded, HFG/USAID Lagos, Turnt.ng, and more, showcasing a diverse skill set and a broad spectrum of experience in the legal, media, and content creation fields.
