Mr. Wen'Zell Franklin embarked on his customer service career at 15 in his local McDonald's, where he excelled in leadership roles like Crew Trainer and Shift Leader.

Graduating with honors from Saginaw High School, he pursued Business Administration with a Management & Human Resources concentration at Eastern Michigan University, while concurrently advancing within McDonald's to become a General Manager.

Wen'Zell's dedication to customer experience was recognized with the QSC&V Award from Hamburger University in 2016.

Through active involvement in Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc., he held various leadership positions and received accolades like Greek Man of the Year.

In 2017, he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Eastern Michigan University.

Transitioning to the Atlanta Field Office in 2019 as an Operations Consultant, Wen'Zell focuses on deploying, training, and improving operations to nurture leadership qualities in others.
