Primary Function: The Social Work and Behavioral Health Manager for PACE provides clinical and administrative supervision to the PACE Social Workers, Community Resource Specialists and Behavioral Health Therapist. The person in this role manages the functions of the social work department which includes hiring and orientating new staff, performance evaluations, establishing and updating caseloads and reviewing Social Workers’, Community Resource Specialists’, and Behavioral Health Specialist’s documentation. Reviewing of documentation entails verifying documentation is in compliance with regulatory standards and to ensure proper standards of Social Work practice are being implemented. The Manager also maintains their own caseload which consists of performing assessments, counseling PACE participants, family/caregivers and providing case management.
