Jessica Lambert Ward is a dedicated student-centered social worker and higher education professional known for motivating individuals to reach their full potential while valuing each person's dignity and worth.

She holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree in Community, Management, and Policy Practice as well as a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies, both from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Jessica has held various roles at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, including Clinical Assistant Professor, Field Instructor, Director of Carolina Collaborative for Resilience, Counselor, Coordinator for Academic Appeals and Senior Advisor, Student Compliance Officer, and Program Assistant at the School of Social Work.

In addition to her work at UNC Chapel Hill, she has served as Assistant Director for Student Compliance & Special Events at the UNC Chapel Hill School of Nursing and as a NCCIA Community-Based Social Worker at the North Carolina Commission of Indian Affairs.

Jessica Lambert Ward's vast experience also includes positions such as Research Assistant at the NC Academic Center for Excellence in Youth Violence Prevention, Case Manager/Social Worker at Urban Ministries of Durham, and Field Instructor at UNC School of Social Work.

With a strong background in social work education, program management, community collaboration, and student support services, Jessica Lambert Ward continues to make a positive impact in the field of social work and higher education.
