I recently had the opportunity to sit down with Youssef Sabry for a truly special video/episode/podcast. It was a chance for me to open up, share my heart, and explore the details of my journey.

I've often shared the story of MQR, from our humble beginnings to merging with The GrEEK Campus and forming WRK+. But this time felt different. It was raw, honest, and deeply personal. I believe stories are meant to be shared, not necessarily to inspire or offer advice. Everyone’s path is unique, and starting from scratch means different things for different people.

I’ve done my best to acknowledge the incredible individuals who've shaped our journey. Their support and belief in us have been essential in building who we are today – both personally and professionally. We've grown together in a challenging market, and I'm filled with gratitude for the opportunities that lie ahead.

I’ve received wonderful feedback, and I’m eager to hear more. If you think it’s worth your time, please check out the episode.

So, almost a year ago, The GrEEK Campus and MQR joined forces, and it was a total game-changer for workspaces. Since the merger, I've often been asked about the key differences between the two brands. While it initially posed a challenge, the distinction became clear early on.

The GrEEK Campus brings a vibrant, campus-like experience with a strong sense of community: ▶ centrally located big hubs ⏲ designed for long-term ↔ flexible workspace layouts (white-box) ⛑ ideal for businesses that prioritize efficiency & networking

MQR brings a network of geographically distributed footprint facilitating scalability and convenient access: ▶ widespread micro-hubs ⏲ designed for immediate use ↔ fully furnished and serviced workspaces (turn-key) ⛑ ideal for businesses that value hassle-free moves and convenience

We're all about smart moves. We combine our brains, people, and tech to make our real estate partners look like rockstars. We turn lifeless buildings into places where people actually want to work. It's all about knowing what people need and seeing a bigger payoff. Together, we’re WRK+, and we’ve got something for everyone.

We're always looking for new ways to make workspaces awesome. From expanding our locations to adding cool stuff, we’re constantly on the hunt to create and manage the best places to work. Got something to add? I'm all ears.
