Highlights
There is a lot to say, a lot of people to thank; and whichever way I try to do it, it would not be enough. Purple Audacity has shaped me in every way I know. There will always be a part of Purple in me and a part of me in Purple. The love I received yesterday, on my last day, is beyond my comprehension.
A big thank you to each and every one of you that I have worked with- in the past or in the present. I am nothing but a sum total of all of you 🌸
For now, there is nothing next. And whenever there will be, I’ll let you all know.
Tools/ enablement-based trainings to understand and work with #neurodivergence (especially for managers and leaders) and creating a non-templated metric of success has become an absolute non-negotiable for organisations today.
The onus to identify patterns and to find alternate pathways for operating may lie with a neurodivergent professional, the onus for solutions should not lie just with them.
Especially in collaborative settings, where they need to compete with and work with neurotypical counterparts, there is a burning need for systemic solutions to make inclusion ‘real and meaningful’.
