Nabeela Khan is a highly experienced professional with almost two decades of expertise in impact investing, development finance, and public policy. She has a strong focus on investments in Africa, South Asia, and the MENA region. Nabeela is best known for pioneering the impact management model for BII and spearheading the launch of the Impact Accelerator, a substantial £333m fund.

Nabeela has an impressive educational background, including studies at renowned institutions such as the University of British Columbia in Canada and the London School of Economics in the UK. She holds a Masterclass in Private Equity from the London Business School, an MSc in International Health Policy from LSE, and a BSc in Cell Biology and Genetics with a minor in Anthropology from the University of British Columbia.

Throughout her career, Nabeela has held key positions at prestigious organizations. She was the Impact Investment Lead at British International Investment, a Programme Officer in Innovative Financing, Policy & Market Shaping at GAVI Alliance, a Health Economist at Optum International under UnitedHealth Group, and a part of the Prime Minister’s Strategy Unit at the Cabinet Office. Nabeela has also contributed her expertise to the All Party Parliamentary Group on AIDS at the House of Commons.
