Prior to her current role, she held the position of Vice President and Associate General Counsel at BuzzFeed, where she played a pivotal role as the company's first newsroom lawyer, overseeing various legal aspects and strategic initiatives, including high-profile litigations and intellectual property matters.

Nabiha's expertise in media law was honed during her time as an associate at Levine Sullivan Koch & Schulz and as the First Amendment Fellow at The New York Times, where she delved into critical legal access issues and represented individuals in asylum cases, showcasing her commitment to free speech and access to information.
