Professionally, Nadirah has held various roles including Senior Humanitarian Officer at International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF), and previous positions at organizations like International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC), MedGlobal, MERCY Malaysia, and Kitrinos Healthcare.

Her experience spans from being a Clinical Coordinator to a Health Field Assistant and Medical Doctor, showcasing her versatility and commitment to providing healthcare in various capacities.

Prior to her medical career, Nadirah also worked as a Barista at Starbucks, illustrating her diverse skill set and work experiences.
